Vatikanische Museen & Sixtinische Kapelle Tour ohne Anstehen

Do not recommend this provider at all. We booked a tour that included a licensed guide and skip the line entry. We were not provided a guide. I questioned this and was initially very rudely told it was not included, which was incorrect as I pointed out as per the ticket. I have attempted to follow up, I have recieved nothing. An absolutely horrible and VERY expensive experience all round.
