Then, in desperation, we walked to the Clocktower entrance… and still no one there!!!! However, an official lady came out of the door and explained to us that a guided tour at 4 p.m. can never!!!!!! take place. We hope this wasn’t a fake booking or event!!!!!! A wasted day of vacation. Attached is a copy of our ticket. I expect at least!!! a refund of my booking fees. Best regards Beate Roll
