I booked the tour with a guide. He dropped us off at the parking lot and left us there on our own. He didn't explain anything, either on site or on the bus.

No guide or audio guide. Just transportation and admission to Vesuvius. Very, very expensive for what you get.

The tour was very well organized, with a clearly specified meeting point. Whenever there was a change, we were informed right away. Everything ran smoothly, and there was plenty of time for sightseeing. I’m very satisfied and would highly recommend it.

Glad we took this tour. Everything was seamless from booking online, meeting place, the drive to the climb. The weather was a bit cloudy but still enjoyed the view.
