L'applicazione continua a dirti di scaricare i biglietti quando in verità non esistono biglietti ma ti vengono consegnati in un ufficio in stazione non è spiegato da nessuna parte e non c'è modo di parlare con un operatore in italiano ma solo in inglese. ho mandato anche un paio di mail invece dirmi cosa fare ..dicevano di non preoccuparmi che i biglietti ci sono voto 2 . per quanto riguarda l'ufficio di competenza di Napoli voto 5

A wonderful travel experience. The Royal Palace is a true highlight of any visit to Naples and Campania. Instazione handled all the ticketing arrangements (train and palace entry) seamlessly. The only negative, which prevented me from assigning an awesome rating, was that audio guides to the palace were not included in the entry ticket. We had to pay another 10 Euros at the palace for the guides. Your advertising say that the audio guides were included. For your information.

Nessuno sul sito o le persone con cui abbiamo parlato hanno detto che i biglietti sono arrivati via e-mail molto più tardi dopo l'ordine. Su altre applicazioni, i biglietti ferroviari/turistici arrivano con qualche minuto di ritardo. Quando si ricevono i biglietti del treno, non si sa se bisogna recarsi alla biglietteria della stazione o salire subito sul treno. Non c'è una descrizione dell'organizzazione della giornata.
