Reggia di Caserta: Biglietti Salta la Fila con Audioguida

Buying tickets online through Headout to visit the Royal Palace of Caserta was quick and hassle-free: immediate confirmation and fast entry. I also downloaded the video guide, which was very useful for following the route. During activation, I had a small problem with the language of the video guide. I called customer service and the support was excellent: immediate response, knowledgeable staff, and the problem was resolved in a few minutes. The Palace is spectacular: majestic rooms, well-kept gardens, and a route that leaves you speechless. Headout made everything simple, clear, and well-managed. Great product, highly recommended.

The palace is amazing and well worth a visit; however, I didn't need to stress about the tickets since there was no one in line when we arrived at 11:30am. We paid for the Audio Guide, but it was very frustrating for me to use. I thought the it would go in order from place to place and I even hoped that it would come on automatically as we entered each room, but that was not the case. I had a hard time matching the room we were in with the correct description on the Audio Guide. In addition, I had opted for the English tour, but in the middle of the tour, it suddenly switched to Italian for a few of the rooms. I got frustrated and just gave up using it. It was easier for me to just read the English part of the signs that were in each room. A map showing the route with the rooms being labeled would have been very helpful. The water features in the gardens aren't operating right now, but don't miss the grotto in the English Garden!

The meeting at the entrance of the Palace was not satisfactory at the reception point. Our entry was at 10:45 AM, but since we arrived at 10:15 AM, they made us wait in line because access was only allowed 10 minutes beforehand. As soon as I arrived, they sent me to the ticket office to purchase tickets, not knowing I had already bought them and doubting that I had them, and they put us in a corner while I searched for them. I noticed some general disorganization.

It’s very difficult to sum it all up in just a few words: everything was technically perfect, and the hospitality and guidance were very professional and kind. The palace is stunning and surprising in every room—everything is perfectly preserved. The exterior is even more beautiful than I could have imagined, and I recommend everyone visit in the spring—there will be a beautiful bloom, and the restoration of the fountains will be complete . Long live beauty in all its forms!
