Our guide, Enrica, was very interesting. It was a wonderful tour.

Vitale was very courteous and knowledgeable. The tour was excellent; I highly recommend it to everyone. It’s a shame the fountains are under renovation.

Went with my dad on a random Thursday. The palace is ENORMOUS, like you think you’ve seen a big hallway but then boom—another one, even fancier. I kept losing track of how many painted ceilings I’d seen. Bit of advice: bring water. I didn’t and was regreting it by room #7. Staff were chill, but didn’t speak much English, so we just sort of nodded at each other. The fountains outside are worth the walk (yes, it’s a trek, but it’s pretty and there’s shade sometimes). My dad loved the old statues, I was obsessed with the floor tiles. Didn’t get to see everything because my feet gave up. Def wanna come back for the gardens alone.

Honestly, this place is wild. It’s like a movie set but real life. We went as a couple and got there around noon, which was…bad idea, sooooo many tour groups blocking the hallways. The rooms are all super decorative, but after a while my boyfriend was like, 'Is this the same room again?' It gets a bit repetitive. Highlight for me was the view from the windows—EPIC gardens. Didn’t love the wait to get in, took about 40 mins. Worth it tho. BRING snacks, nothing nearby.

Went solo. The history is cool (I googled a lot while walking). But it’s super stuffy inside, not joking, I felt like I needed a fan in every room. The staff didn’t seem to care much about people taking pictures, but you can’t use flash. The gardens were closed early, didn’t know that—wish I’d checked the times.

Took my kids (7 & 10) and they were actually impressed! The scale is just...HUGE. We played a game counting the lions in the decor. There’s a little bit of info in English but not tons, so I’d recommend downloading a guide app if you don’t speak Italian. The fountains outside were the best part for us, water was sparkling and there were ducks. Kids wanted to run everywhere but the staff were pretty chill as long as we kept them quiet. Good family day.

Palace is beautiful but be prepared for a workout if you wanna see the whole thing, especially the gardens. Went with friends, we joked it was our cardio for the week. Some rooms are closed for restoration but still plenty to see. Weather was HOT, bring sunscreen. Loved the little grotto at the top—super peaceful and not crowded.

Came expecting more. Maybe because everyone hypes it up, I thought it would be grander. Interiors nice but some rooms felt empty-ish. Saw lots of big groups so it got noisy at times. Didn’t see many staff around to ask questions. Not bad but not wow for me.

Visited with my mom. She LOVES palaces and this one didn’t disappoint. The ceilings were so intricate, and there’s gold everywhere. We took the shuttle up to the end of the gardens (thank god, it’s a long walk). The fountains were working, which made it like a fairytale. Take your time, it’s worth it.

If ur into old royal stuff, this is the spot. I went with some friends, we’re all history nerds. Staff was friendly but not pushy. We got lost twice, the palace is like a maze and the maps aren’t great. Still, every room has something cool to look at. Crowds were manageable in the afternoon.

The palace is as stunning as folks say. Went with my husband and we were both wowed by the staircase. The hall of mirrors is like, next-level pretty. Only downside was how stuffy it got, not much air flow inside. We stopped for gelato at the exit—perfect ending.

It’s nice but a bit overrated. Some rooms were under renovation and I felt like we missed the best bits. The gardens are MASSIVE though, took us over an hour to walk and we didn’t even reach the last fountain. Not much shade, bring a hat.

Just wow. Went early in the morning to beat the crowds—best decision. The palace shines in the sunlight, and you can actually breathe before the tour groups show up. The gardens are even better than the inside, especially the hidden grotto. Staff let us take our time, and there are benches if you need a rest.

So, it’s huge. Like, crazy huge. We walked for hours and still didn’t see everything. Some people complain about the heat but honestly, September was okay for us. The fountains and sculptures are the highlights, for sure. Wish there was more info in English.

Pretty palace but not super accessible if you have trouble walking. My grandma used a cane and struggled with the stairs. The staff helped us find an elevator but it’s slow and not near the entrance. Gardens are lovely but huge, so consider the shuttle.

I’m a photographer and this palace is a DREAM for photos (outside at least, inside is tricky, lots of no-photo signs and guards watching). The gardens are where I spent most of my visit—sunset light is unreal. Bring a zoom lens if you have one, you’ll want it for the fountains.

Visited with my two sons (ages 8 and 12). They were bored by the palace itself (kids, right?) but LOVED the fountains and feeding the ducks. The walk up is long so we took the shuttle one way and walked back. Super green, lots of space to run around.

Stunning! Came with my partner. We booked the earliest time slot and basically had the main staircase to ourselves. The paintings on the ceilings are MINDBLOWING. Recommend comfortable shoes, you’ll do a LOT of walking.

It’s a palace, it’s big, it’s old. I liked the vibe but it got boring after a while. Too many rooms started to look the same. The gardens are nice but nothing crazy for me.
