Biglietti Salta-Fila per Basilica di San Marco e Palazzo Ducale

Everything went great. We were able to enter without waiting in line, and the guide was very friendly and shared interesting stories.

This was an amazing tour and the guide was so fun whitty and adorable. She was very patient with the few in group that had some mobility issues and I would recommend it to anyone!

It was a very lovely experience, the guide was great.

Palace was beautiful, St marks basilica was excellent as the guide was knowledgeable, she gave a good presentation of the history if the church..

The history as it related to the art and architecture was explaimed so well. Everyone enjlyed getting up with the horse statues on the front roof. The guide was so knowledgable and clear.

Great guide and very well organized prior to the tour. Highly tecommend a guided tour instead of an audio tour.

Great organization and excellent experience!

Booked a tour in French, but we ended up with an English-speaking guide.

Our guide was incredibly informative and very warm

The guide was very generous with her explanations. We really enjoyed it.

Great tour. Nice length of time

The audio guide was very bad, to the point of having to refund the amount paid to the customers.

After receiving English audio guides even though we had asked for French ones, it was impossible to hear and understand what the guide was saying, although she seemed very interesting. There was constant static, and more than 2 meters away we couldn't hear anything, nor when she moved. It's a shame because the sites are truly beautiful.

The guide was very knowledgeable but due to quality of headset it was not always easy to hear her clearly. I thought we would have spent more time in The Basilica.

The beauty of the places, magnificently illustrated by the excellent guide, also made this cultural experience unforgettable. I hope to be able to repeat this experience in other places of our beautiful Italy.

Nothing. Ticket too expensive; the tour with the lady was great, but too short. Booked a ticket for 2:00 PM. Received an email that the slot was postponed to 3:00 PM, which caused timing issues getting back to the ship. Therefore, a lot was missed. Not worth the ticket price. One voucher showed only €27. Therefore not recommended.

The helpfulness of the staff and the convenience of the skip-the-line ticket. I highly recommend it!

Really enjoyed our booked tour for at marks basilica and doge's palace, your tour guide Rita was very informative and made historical facts interesting. She also was a very pleasant lady with a lovely attitude made us all laugh especially when trying to teach us all a little Italian.
