Nothing to improve . We booked two trips- Erculano and Pompei . Both were extremely efficiently handled . Tickets as promised . Skipped a huge Pompei queue . Absolutely excellent and thank you .

Biglietto con priorità salta coda

It's totally jaw dropping. You can feel the Romans going about their business. There's not another roman site like it!

Downloading the guide and using my phone and earphones

I enjoyed walking and viewing at our own pace. I would recommend the audio guide.

Belle visite. Emplacement de récupération de l'audioguide peu précise.

Herculaneum is amazing. Much smaller than pompeii but far better preserved. Audio tour is downloaded onto your phone. A great idea in theory but service stoppages meant we couldn’t hear the right section for where we were standing. Overpriced.

The audio was hard to work because it didn’t work in the order I needed. It was however informative. I liked the freedom of an audio tour & doing the site on my own. Cheers Cheryl

The worst audio guide I have purchased in months of travelling in Europe. Repetitive, lacking real content, and only has information about a small number of sites in the park. Nothing exciting, very little context, and a total waste of money.
