Positano to Capri Small-Group Boat Tour with Light Lunch

What an amazing day! We were lucky enough to get the premium boat, and it made the whole experience even more special. The music was so good, the drinks were unlimited and the atmosphere and vibes were absolutely perfect! 🥂🎶☀️ We had some free time to explore Capri, then headed back on the boat for another swim stop, honestly, we just didn’t want the trip to end! Everything was so relaxed, fun and well organised. And of course, finishing the day with limoncello was the perfect touch! 🍋🇮🇹 Definitely one of the highlights of our trip in Positano, would 100% recommend!

DO NOT BOOK THIS ACTIVITY .. SCAM when we got there it was NOTHING like it was described..it started off with me getting extremely car sick on the ride to sorrento which is fine except we were not offered ANY WATER or drinks for the whole day until on the way back but it says snacks and selection of soft drinks beer and prosecco none of this was available. So many false promises were made. We didnt stop to do any swimming the whole way to capri in the extreme heat with no water. Atleast let us know so we could of been prepared. There was no bathroom on the boat either which is absolutely unacceptable, the captain said it was broken so im not sure why the boat was even being used. This was THE WORST DAY EVER. Its not right people save up for these kind of trips and it was basically just a water taxi to capri. Everyone agreed on the boat. We were dehydrated and starving by the time we got to capri so we all spent even more money on food and drinks thats were suppose to be included.

It was overall a great day! It took until 11am for us to actually board the boat after the transfer to Sorrento. The water was a bit choppy so unfortunately we paid more for the blue grotto option and couldn’t go in, however we still saw very beautiful sights. There was a small issue with the anchor that held us up for quite a while but the crew was excellent in making sure we were comfortable. I’ve done a few tours similar and I will say if you prefer to have lots of time swimming, we only stopped twice all day whereas other tours I’ve experience we stopped much more. Not sure if that was due to a lack of time due to the anchor delay, or just the set up. We had 3 1/2 hours to explore Capri which was nice and were able to swim there. Overall I recommend, especially if you’re interested in exploring Capri. We had a great time but if you’re interested more in the actual boat experience I’d opt for one less centred around extensive time in Capri.

Schöne Bootstour Achtung!!! Shuttle/Parkplatz und Zeitangaben enttäuschend Die Bootstour war wirklich sehr schön und Francesco und Luca waren super freundlich und Mega nett . Sie sind auf Wünsche eingegangen und haben während der Fahrt viel über die verschiedenen Buchten und Orte erzählt. Es wurden viele schöne Buchten angefahren und man konnte die Küste wirklich toll vom Wasser aus sehen. Auch die Sandwiches waren sehr lecker und es gab Wein sowie Softdrinks. Hier können wir über das Personal auf dem Boot wirklich nichts Negatives sagen – die beiden können für die organisatorischen Probleme der Tour nichts! Vom angebotenen Shuttle/Parkplatz würden wir allerdings dringend abraten. Der Parkplatz für die Tour befindet sich in Positano die Bootstour ist in Sorrento (Hafen) 1std entfernt (Parkplatz Sorrento genug vorhanden) Beim Parkplatz Positano mussten wir unseren Autoschlüssel abgeben und 70€bezahlen eindeutige abzocke versteckt

Got picked up in Positano 9:45, drove to Serrento 40 minute back and forth 1:20, then you wait for when ever the Italians feels like calling you to the boat in our groups case 1 hour. That’s 2hr 20 min. Then you set out it takes 45 to reach Capri and back that’s 3hr and 50 min then you go for swim 2 time for 15 minutes, then capri four hours, then back home, blue grotto was closed honestly not worth the money. Go to capri get a boat there.

Overall a great trip with a lovely group of people. We paid an extra £18 per person to the tour operator for the Blue Grotto add-on, but the queue there was brutal — about 1.5 hours waiting — and then we were asked for another €18 per person just to get in once we reached the entrance. In the end we had to give up on it and abandon the grotto altogether, which was a shame given what we'd already paid. Our guide Ludo was good, though nothing especially memorable. The Capri portion of the day was unguided/on our own — the swimming spot wasn't the most spectacular we'd seen, but still a nice place for a dip.

It was one beautiful day trip , great , fun crew . They created very nice atmosphere. They also managed to plan our time on the island , explained the activities we cannot miss on the island and provided us with easy day bus pass ( 25 euros for bus not included in the package trip which was very fair and hassle free ) I would highly recommend that trip to everyone.
