Full-Day Private Boat Trip to Capri from Sorrento with Drinks

10:00 am was our scheduled departure time; due to problem with boat we were picked up by another driver, Ernesto, & boat at 11:00 am . Ernesto was personable, friendly, & accommodating… he made the trip enjoyable. The replacement boat was not the same size as ordered. It was a smaller boat which made the ride rougher, so we were unable to have the drinks on the boat as advertised. Hours later we felt like we were still on the boat. It would have been appreciated if the owner of the company compensated us with a few hundred off the price. Instead he offered us an hour at the end of the trip to make up for late pick up. It was cloudy and rainy at that time & it’s not what wanted. We felt a bit rushed in Capri - the main reason for booking the tour.
