Val d'Orcia Day Trip: Brunello Wine, Montepulciano & Pienza

We had an absolutely fantastic day visiting Montepulciano and Montalcino, and a huge part of that was thanks to our incredible guide, Salv (Salvatore). He was knowledgeable, engaging, and passionate, sharing the history of not only the towns we visited but also the beautiful villages and countryside we passed along the way. His storytelling really brought Tuscany to life and made the journey just as enjoyable as the destinations. We were also lucky to have such a wonderful group of people on the tour, which made the whole experience even more fun and memorable. From the stunning scenery to the fascinating history and great company, it was a perfect day. We would highly recommend this tour to anyone wanting to experience the beauty and charm of Tuscany!

Our tour was exceptional! Our guide Francesco was outstanding! He was professional, courteous, attentive and so accommodating - we can’t recommend him enough! The two wineries we visited were amazing! Visiting and tasting wine in the cellar of Ercolani under the town of Montepulciano was one of the most unique and delicious wine tasting experiences my wife and I have ever had. Then later, we tasted the exceptional wines of Patrizia Cencioni Montelcino. Words can’t describe how wonderful her wines are. We love supporting a woman owned winery! In between we had a delicious lunch in Pienza. The whole day was amazing and is one of the top highlights of our vacation to Italy! Highly highly recommend!

Tour perfeito! Vale a pena, super exclusivo, a Cristina que esteve na liderança do tour é de uma simpatia única, e tornou as visitas e o trajeto muito agradável. Estivemos em Montalcino em visita a uma vinícola com degustação de vinhos da região, depois almoçamos em Pienza, excelente almoço com tempo de visita a cidade mágica, e depois concluímos em Montepulciano nova degustação realizada pela Luiza, uma cientista em enologia, que trouxe vibração e muitos detalhes nessa secular região!
