Pienza: Tuscan Cooking Class of Homemade Pastas and Cantucci

The experience was amazing. The cooking class was very fun and it was great to learn to make traditional Tuscan dishes. It was also very nice to share it with other people. Lunch was also super tasty and rich of different traditional food. The location is also spectacular, surrounded by nature and incredible landscapes. Finally what made the day so great is how nice the people at Spedalone have been, making us feel at home and super welcome.

Matilda and Tamara are the best! Worth every Penny!! from the moment we got there we felt at home, welcomed in open arms and Hearts. the food was AMAZING and the view is even more! This experience was the one who changed my entire trip of Tuscany for the best! they take pictures and make sure you are well spoiled, and their the sweetest people on the planet- I'm sure every curiosity you have about Italian culture- they would answer and very much would like to hear about yours. we were there from 10:00 till 16:30 cause we didn't want to go. DO NOT MISS. I was happier after this one. truly.

My husband & I had the best day! We loved everything about our cooking class. The ambience of the room we cooked in, the stunning outdoor area we ate at with a view for miles. The whole property & experience were exactly how we imagined Tuscany to be. Roddy was a wonderful chef and teacher. We thoroughly enjoyed this experience and would highly recommend to everyone visiting Tuscany.

Toller Kochkurs mit einer traumhaften Umgebung. Die Rezepte sind einfach zuhause nachzumachen, alles wurde super erklärt. Man bekommt eine Kochschürze Geschenk und die selbstgemachten Cantuccini mit nach Hause. Wir hatten sehr viel Spaß und ein tolles Essen mit unseren selbstgemachte Sachen danach mit einer Wahnsinns Aussicht . Alle waren äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Olivenöl von dort schmeckt auch fantastisch wir haben gleich ein paar Flaschen mitgenommen. Wir würden den Kochkurs jederzeit Freunden und Familie empfehlen und waren vollkommen zufrieden, tolles traditionelles Erlebnis.

We enjoyed learning how to make pasta. The chef/teacher was nice and friendly and made the experience a good one. Biggest complaint would be how long things dragged on. Started late. The man who first greeted us was a bit rude, telling us we were early when we arrived the 10 min before start time as was requested. After making the pasta the chef/teacher also had to cook for other patrons at the hotel. Made if take a long time for us to taste our pasta creations, get our biscotti and leave. Overall, we very much enjoyed the cooking class and would highly recommend it.
