Bologna Wine Tasting & Winery Tour in the Colli Bolognesi

Didn’t even get a chance to go on trip since no one told us there are 2 Antonio Bertoloni streets in Bologna. Appreciate you had given zip code but as tourists when we found the AB street in the city ( not way out on outskirts) we assumed this was correct. Did call your office on day but only kept being told we had been sent zip code - I do appreciate that but as tourists your expectation is to meet in the city not have to try a taxi a 30 minute ride to the outskirts of the city. Any other trip I have done you meet somewhere central. To then get taxi meant missing more than half the visit and at considerable more expense. I live I. Edinburgh so do know fair bit about tourist trips. We spent £255 for absolutely nothing with not even a discount offered and no response at all from the voyaged despite sending two messages ( both read). This is second trip I’ve booked with you - first one was in Cordoba and meeting instructions were misleading. Not happy - reply to this requested

Auf den Bildern sah alles um ein Vielfaches besser aus! Nur 3 Weine zum Probieren und ein sehr geiziger und genervter Chef des Weingutes, der nicht einmal weitere Weine probieren lassen wollte, obwohl ausdrückliches Kaufinteresse bestand. Man wurde 15min. allein gelassen, um zu probieren. Der Preis ist absolut nicht gerechtfertigt, das kann ich aus Erfahrung mit anderen Weingütern sagen.
