Rome: Trajan's Markets & Museum of Imperial Fora Ticket - Skip-the-Line

I found the TouristStation in the Piazza Venezia and redeemed my voucher. There's an interesting video there showing many of the famous ruins in Rome and what they originally looked like. OK. I asked the person there where to go for the Trajan Market museum, and was told to cross over the piazza where Trajan's column was, bear a little left, and that's it. No. There's a lot of construction and pedestrian control using chain link fences and high barriers, so it's nearly impossible to get over to the market without backtracking. There are no signs for the museum entrance. I wandered around the market for 45 minutes, then went to the Coliseum. It was very disappointing. I feel ripped off. I could have gone straight to the museum web site, gotten a ticket there, a map of where the entrance was, and gotten the audio guide. The City APP they refer to is not available in the Apple Store, but the museum web page says you can "rent" it (whatever). Italy does NOT understand User Interfaces.
