Lake Garda Half-Day Cruise with Lunch from Peschiera

It was a hot day in Lake Garda, and the cruise was so refreshing. The lake breeze, the clean turquoise water it was one of my most favorite things that I did in Italy. I couldn’t believe how delicious the pasta was for being on a boat. Then my sons and my favorite was when we stopped on the lake, put a life jacket on and stepped into the lake with the ladder or jumped into it. It was so refreshing and invigorating the water was so clean and refreshing. I am a water lover and I would recommend this to anyone. The guide was so informative pointing out the landmarks as we passed them. If I ever go back to Italy I would take this cruise again.

Rapport qualité prix très mauvais! 4h d’activité qui se compose de 3h40 de trajet en bateau et de seulement 20 minute de baignade. Au niveau du plat, des simples pâte à la sauce tomate, même pas un peu de légume, de fromage ou un peu de pain et tout ça pendant que le bateau navigue donc pas pratique. Pour 4h d’activité sous 35° seulement 1 boisson est gratuite! J’ai fait quelques excursion en bateau ailleurs qui était moins chère et avec un vrai repas et une vraie baignade. Très décevant. Mais la guide était très sympathique et les commentaires sur les villes qu’on voyait était intéressants.

The quality of the boat is poor, maybe you can hear a commentary upstairs but the PA system is quite pathetic and unable to be heard with any clarity downstairs. No cushions on the downstairs seating and for 4 hours, so uncomfortable. “Lunch” some pasta with tomato sauce!! If you are considering this trip, look for others there must be better!! Would I do it again? - no chance!!

It was a good experience seen the circumstances! A nice boat tour to see some beautiful places around the lake Garda. Nice guide! Plus, for me, this was easily to find online and found not too many other tours like this or they were fully booked laat minute. On the other hand, if you take into account the swim stop can be cancelled (which was the case 'cause of heavy streams) and the tour was then actually 3 hours, plus not coming that close (or into the city) to the beautiful Sirmione, it is a bit too much to pay 63,- on such a big-group-ship and slightly disappointing. But all in all, good enough!

We enjoyed the cruise and sat on the top floor of the boat. Lovely views, the tour wasn’t crowded when we went. The tour guide Iliana was very knowledgeable and provided interesting information in 3 languages. There was an opportunity to have a swim as the weather conditions were favorable on the day we went- this was a good experience. Overall would recommend this tour.
