Full-Day Guided Group Tour of Venice from Lake Garda

Great trip. Pick up on time and coach comfortable. The transfer boat was a little shabby but still got us there. Guide was very knowledgable and funny. Guided tour was good but the quality of the head phones and transmitters was lacking in a busy and loud environment. Also guide didn’t have any spares as one of our party’s headset didn’t work. The gondola trip was very good. The additional priced islands trip was informative and pleasant. Good way to visit Venice in a day from Garda area.

Travelled with my husband and two kids (12 and 15 yrs) we all thoroughly enjoyed the day trip. Bus had AC and was comfortable. Our guide Gabriella was a lovely lady, good English with lots of information and very witty. Our city guide was another lovely friendly lady with lots of knowledge. We seen all the main sites on the guided walk and then we had 3 hours to do as we pleased on our own which I found great as we could get lunch as we pleased, done a gondola ride and had a browse around the little shops. I think seeing all the main sites without having to try and find them yourself if doing your own independent day out was ideal. It seems expensive on booking but works out not too much more than booking everything yourself privately. A trip I'd definitely recommend!
