Rome: Vatican, Sistine Chapel & St. Peter's Basilica Tour

Completely spoiled by the sheer volume of people inside , at every location, and every moment . Very uncomfortable. Must surely be a serious safety issue .

Amazing experience knowledgable guide , truely a memorable tour. Difficulty finding meeting spot !

It was very busy but our guide did an amazing job getting us through the crowds. she knew absolutely everything about the Vatican museums and the history I learned so much. I would highly recommend this company for a tour again

Yes it was but a lot of walking

Group was good. The place is huge and really overwhelming without a guide. The guide was very nice. She told us a lot of interesting information but sometimes it was too theoretical and too fast

Martha was our tour guide today! she did an amazing job ensuring we all stayed together, took the tour nice a steady as it was very hot! would recommend once upon a time tours!

Our guide was great unfortunately I don’t remember her name but she was excellent

We were delayed 30 minutes and then they redirected us to another agency/office which did not provide the full service we paid for.

Foarte frumos tot muzeul, dar foarte multa lume si căldură foarte mare in interior

Excellent guide when we got to the tour company but it would be worth mentioning that the meeting point is a 10 minute walk from the entrance. In 40 degree heat and a very busy location this would have been good to know.

Tour was great. First 1.5 hours in the museum dragged a bit. Whilst 7 minutes in Sistine Chapel were brief, they were sufficient. Chapel was packed. Overall, happy and content. Guide was excellent.
