Before you go

Good to know

All the visits and tastings will be held by the local hosts, no private guide will be accompanying you during your day. You will visit 2 local producers, one that produces cheese and prosciutto, another - wine and balsamic, where you will also have lunch.
Please let us know about any food allergy or intolerance in advance, it could be not possible to satisfy last-minute requests.
Please be on time for your scheduled pickup, as it's not possible to accommodate late arrivals. No refunds will be possible in such instances.
The visits will be held in the countryside farms, make sure you have appropriate clothing and footwear. Inside the cellar / storage / etc. the temperature could be low even during summer period.
