Private Vatican Tour: Museums, Sistine Chapel & St. Peter's

We booked a private tour and Elisa our guide was phenomenal. She gave a lot of great detail about the Vatican museums, Sistine Chapel, and St. Peter’s Basilica. She arrived on time, and made sure we got a full 3 hours. Elisa answered all of our questions and offered to take our family’s picture a few times. I would 100% recommend this tour.

We had a great day with Rahul, exploring the Vatican. From the beginning, he asked questions of us about our interests and goals, so that he could customize the tour highlights to our interests. He offered a ton of useful information, pointing out unique treasurers and secrets that are not always in the typical Vatican tour circuit. Having Rahul as a guide helped make the usually busy visit much less stressful and his conversation and history were invaluable. I highly recommend booking this tour with Rahul in the future!

Marle is a fantastic guide! She knows everything about the Vatican and beyond. The Private Tour with her was just amazing! Highly recommend it. No waiting lines, she knows the guards inside and can do a shortcut if you want to go to the Sixtine Chapel faster. It really was amazing discovering the Vatican with Marle. Next time in Rome, we would definitely book her again!

This is the only way to do a tour. Rahul was absolutely fantastic. He provided us with everything we wanted to see and more. he was extremely knowledgeable, new the best way to get around the big crowds so you felt like you were alone in a very busy museum. We slipped by areas that were less interesting to us and stayed longer in placed we wanted to know more. This was the best tour we have taken and me have been on more than a few.

We had the absolute pleasure of exploring the Vatican with our private guide Marta, and she was nothing short of outstanding. Her knowledge, passion, and storytelling brought the history, art, and architecture of the Vatican Museums, Sistine Chapel, and St. Peter’s Basilica to life in the most engaging way. From the moment we met her, she made us feel at ease and completely taken care of. She expertly navigated us through the crowds, pointing out fascinating details we never would have noticed on our own, and answered all of our questions with depth and clarity. Her enthusiasm was infectious, and it was clear how much she genuinely loves sharing this incredible place with others. Thanks to her, we came away with a much deeper appreciation for the Vatican and its rich history. If you're looking for a meaningful, insightful, and seamless experience, we cannot recommend her highly enough. This was, without a doubt, one of the highlights of our entire trip.
