Catania: Mount Etna 3000m Tour with Hotel Pick-up

Die Tour war sehr teuer und eher schleppend. Wir sind ein paar Stationen mit dem 4x4 Bus angefahren und haben uns umgesehen. Dazwischen war sehr viel Wartezeit. Das Englisch des Guide war schlecht zu verstehen.

The guide has extensive knowledge of volcanology and shared many fascinating stories throughout the tour. I especially enjoyed hearing about his personal experience during the 2002 eruption and seeing his own photos from that event

Tour was excellent. Luca was very knowledgeable and the guides on Mount Etna, were so passionate about the terrain. A thoroughly enjoyable experience.

Einfach ein Atemberaubendes Erlebnis. Wir wurden pünktlich vom Hotel in Catania abgeholt und dann zum Treffpunkt am Ätna gebracht. Von dort aus ging es mit dortigen Guides in Jeeps weiter. Es wurde verschiedene Stops mit kleinen Wanderung und Möglichkeiten für Fotos gemacht. Insgesamt eine Mega Tour, was jeden Cent wert ist.

The guides were exceptional. So knowledgeable about Mt Etna and the area in general.

We had a beautiful and interesting day. Unfortunately, due to heavy snow, our tour couldn't go up to 3000m. We were informed in advance and were given a great alternative tour. Our guide (Teacher) Luca shared many interesting facts about Etna and the surrounding area with us. We had a very lovely day.

The guide Luca told everything amazingly, the tour was good value for money, the pick up and drop off by Francesco was also unforgettable, I recommend it to everyone!
