Monopoli: Walking Street Food Tour

Daniella provided an informative and fun experience. We sampled some street food and she gave us a lot of background and history on Monopoli. Daniella was also really helpful on suggestions for things to see and do in the area.

Expectation was different from the write up. Daniella was lovely and took us to many of the local churches and she had much knowledge to share. Three food stops, all good but ultimately we would have liked more food history and options. Write up does say three places.

De naam van de tour kwam niet overeen met wat het daadwerkelijk was. Het is meer een stadstour met 3 hapjes. Wij hadden gewoon totaal iets anders verwacht bij het woord street food tour. Wij dachten aan een tour van restaurantje naar restaurantje waar we lekker even konden zitten en van een local hapje konden genieten.

Fabio was very informative guide whose knowledge was valuable. The only feedback would be that perhaps another food option to be included for the tour. As we perceived this tour as substitute for our dinner.

Antonio was great and very knowledgeable. However the tour was advertised as a 2.5hr tour and was completed in an 1.5 hours, food was limited for the price paid. Not the best food tour I have been on in Europe.

One of the best food tours we have taken in our European travels. Giuseppe was outstanding as our tour guide. He was enjoyable and very knowledgeable. The pace was perfect! All of the food stops were great and well done. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to know about Monopoli and its food.
