What's included

Pick-up and drop-off from Bologna hotel in the city center, train station or meeting point in the city center of Bologna (based on the option selected);
Transportation for the whole day with an air-conditioned vehicle (semi-private tour with max of 8 participants);
Guided visit of a Parmigiano Reggiano dairy farm;
Tasting of different ages of Organic Parmigiano Reggiano, Ricotta and Caciotta cheese, Balsamic Vinegar and Jam, a glass of local wine and water at the dairy farm;
Guided visit at a production of Traditional Balsamic Vinegar PDO;
Tasting of different ages of Balsamic vinegar;
Skip-the-line entrance ticket to Ferrari Museum in Maranello for a free visit, no guided tour or audio guide are included.
Lunch or any meals other than indicated in the inclusions;
Any personal expenses or tips;
English-speaking private guide to accompany you during the day, all the visits will be held directly by the local producer's staff and could include other people. According to Italian law, driver cannot act a guide, it is explicitly forbidden. His role is to assure that you arrive for the visits on time and with the highest level of safety possible.

Good to know

The visits will be held in the countryside farms, make sure you have appropriate clothing and footwear. Inside the cellar / storage / etc. the temperature could be low even during summer period.
All visits and tastings will be conducted by the producers' team and might involve other guests; there won't be a private guide accompanying you throughout the day. Neither lunch nor extra time for it is included in the tour.
The tour is a semi-private tour with a maximum of 8 passengers. The exact pickup time from your location will be communicated a day before the tour.
When you select an option with pickup from a meeting point in Bologna, no hotel pickup is included, you will need to reach the meeting point in piazza XX Settembre on your own.
