Modena Parmigiano Reggiano & Traditional Balsamic Vinegar Tour

We loved this tour! Our guides for both the cheese farm and the balsamic vinegar farm were both informative and fun. The history of traditional balsamic vinegar making was fascinating and the tastings at both locations were excellent!
