Modena: Traditional Balsamic Vinegar DOP Tour & Tasting at Malagoli

An excellent informative tour. We were made very welcome with drinks and home made cake. The host did her best under the circumstances due to the extreme heat. Would definitely recommend!

Good short history of vinegar, lovely property, and the barrel smelling was a highlight. Also the vinegar is sublime and it's basically impossible to not buy a half a dozen bottles when you leave.

The tour was outstanding. They are very hospitable offering a coffee and snacks upon arrival. The tour of the attic with all of the balsamic barrels was very enjoyable. We tasted 8 high quality balsamic vinegars, and had the opportunity to purchase at the end of the tour. If you enjoy balsamic vinegars I would highly recommend this tour.
