   Born in 2004, the Museum of Parma Ham offers to the visitors a complete overview about the best known delicacy of Parma "Food Valley". A private guided tour will go across the eight sections of the Museum, discovering the history of local farming and breeding, the different varieties of pigs, the evolution of the productive techniques and the related gastronomic tradition.
