We have received an experience beyond words! If you are in the area and love cheese (and italian food in general) don't even doubt it! The tasting acceeded our expectations 10 fold. You will taste all kinds of cheeses, and will have an opportubity to stretch your own mozarella. But above everything, you will enjoy speaking to the hosts who are the kindest and the most pleasant people - by the way, representing the third generation of cheesemakers.

We were greeted by a lifelong cheesemaker and his wife in their house. They shared a lot more than what was expected and we had plenty of food, so prepare accordingly. We got to see the whole process of making different types of cheese and even put our hands to work for mozzarella. We can’t wait to get back home to try and make our cheese! Thank you for this wonderful experience

This was hands down the best tour we’ve done overseas. Do NOT have breakfast before this tour. The cheesemakers were the most lovely of people. Making cheese with them in their home was like being welcomed into their family. The Burrata! Omg…the most amazing version I’ve tasted and the quality local milk made the best ricotta I’ve ever had.
