   Inside this fascinating pizza laboratory in the historic center of Florence, travelers will be able to learn simple and extraordinary techniques, putting their "hands in the dough" and delighting their senses with unique ingredients, surrounded by the scent of wood and a lot of love for the pizza that unites us all over the world. By participating in this experience, travelers will be able to: - Prepare the dough by hand and with the mixer. - Form the dough. - Handle and roll out the disc of pasta and its sauce. - Organize the work at the oven (lighting and use of the shovels). - Bake. - Cook according to optimal temperature parameters. - Differentiate cooking with different temperatures and analyze the results. - Taste their creations. Together with the tasting, a small tasting of 2 local wines will await you, a red Chianti Classico and a Tuscan Rosè, both of which will be illustrated and combined with the ingredients used during preparation.
