Rome Combo Tour: Colosseum & Vatican Museums

I bought a bundle ticket for coliseum and Vatican. Our coliseum route and guide were excellent. However, no one communicated to me that our Vatican tour would not begin until 3 in the afternoon. When we finally arrived in time - we were moved from our first travel guide to a second location and then to a third at the museum. At 4:30 we still had not begun the tour. We were forced to walk out in order to return to our cruise ship. I had no prior information about the late start or the delays that pushed us beyond our limits. We completely missed the entire Vatican tour and wasted our money purchasing an additional “tour” for two of us. I was very angry and greatly disappointed. I can’t believe I came all the way to Rome and did not get to see one thing in the Vatican museum or St. Peter’s basilica.
