⚠️ Important Information Before Booking
Dress Code: Entry to St. Peter’s Basilica requires shoulders and knees to be covered. Please avoid sleeveless tops, shorts, or skirts above the knee.
All visitors must pass mandatory security checks before entering the Basilica
The Dome climb with elevator includes lift access to the first terrace only; approximately 320 additional steps are required to reach the top
Please arrive at the meeting point at least 15 minutes before the tour starts

Late arrivals may miss the tour and cannot always be rescheduled

Regular Guided Tour – Includes St. Peter’s Basilica and the Papal Tombs (Underground).
Dome Climb Tour – Includes everything in the regular tour plus a ticket to climb the Dome for panoramic views of Rome.

WOW!!! We had Olga as our tour guide and she is FANTASTIC! It was just me and my wife, and Olga was so knowledgeable, and she really made this experience special for us - we cannot thank her enough. Words cannot describe how AMAZING this tour is. The Dome? UNBELIEVABLE! The views 😍😍😍 This is an absolute MUST DO for anyone visiting Rome and/or Vatican City. Our guide was Claudio. He was fantastic. Passionate and knowledgable. Only 7 in our group which made it really enjoyable. The Basilica is astonishing and a must see. The dome climb is well worth it, but not for the unfit or elderly.

I had booked for the 9am tour but was unable to make it due to illness. I soon received a message from the tour operator offering me a later timing which was very much appreciated. The tour guide, Frederico was excellent and promised to look after us, which he did... except for the time he lost me! 🤣 I forgave him after an apology and a hug. Overall, the tour company offered very good service and I would happily book with them again. The Basilica itself was impressive inside (the highlights for me were the mosaics and the porta sancta) but still very crowded for a quiet day. You are corralled everywhere with seating cordoned off which, sadly, diminished the ability to fully appreciate the place; and as for electric votive candles?🤌 If it's your first visit, I would certainly recommend a tour like this as otherwise it could be quite overwhelming and difficult to find your bearings. The guide can also get you through the crowds and security more easily and quickly.
