We only had a small group so it was a lot of space to take pictures. Process was really clear described, but not boring. After the tour we got a lot of cheese. For very little money, we ordered also some ham. It was great, interesting and tasty.

Fantastisk engageret guide og spændende tur

La guide connaît son sujet, elle adapte autant pour les enfants que les adultes. Elle prend le temps de répondre aux questions. Ils nous ont trouvé des solutions malgré notre retard du à des bouchons sur la route. Le plus est que la visite n'est pas celle d'un musée avec du matériel d'exposition mais d'une vrai fromagerie en action.

Tutto bene ma un po' troppo caro. La visita è stata piuttosto basic, mi aspettavo piú informazioni sulla storia del Parmiggiano, sulla cultura gastronomica legata a questo prodotto, ecc.

Vores guide var fantastisk god til at formidle processerne på en simpel og forståelig måde. Smagningen foregik på egen hånd, den tilhørende butik var hyggelig og indbydende, men vejen ud til fabrikken kan være lidt kringlet uden bil.
