The tour of Castle Gandolfo was wonderful. Instructions from Headout on exactly where to meet and support was totaling lacking. I would not use Headout again

What was most inspiring was learning about how Castel Gandolfo was opened up as a refuge site for the local population during WWII. The photo exhibit telling of that story was compelling and is certainly an example for the times that we live in today.

We are glad that despite a slight misunderstanding regarding the organization of our trip, the agency representative was very helpful and adjusted the time schedule of our visit. We liked the place and enjoyed the day in Castel Gandolfo.
