AI-powered support is crap. It couldn't figure me out!! The next support rep was able to help me. But the next day, my Heatout app was empty again. Everything I'd booked was gone. That's all from me.

This is the biggest scam there is—I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

The online booking was confusing. It's easier and better to go directly to the original sites for booking.

The ticket was not accepted. As I wrote with the customer service I also get now refund for it. So now I always have to pay twice. It is not worth it. Better to buy the tickets online.

My QR code was invalid after purchase. I spent 1 hr with support then was forwarded to local support via whatsapp. Local support said they would reach out but did not. Customer support said they would follow up but the trip is over and i wasn't able to utilize the tickets I paid $225 for.

No lines to enter in attractions! Visit coliseum was possible because we have Roma Pass otherwise we can't make the reservation. Very useful using public transportation!

It’s really convenient to be able to use all forms of public transportation so easily. And waiting in line isn’t a problem either. Even when the electronic system at a museum went down, we were still able to get in. Everyone else had to leave. All in all, the pass was a great solution for us.

We visited lots of great places with the Roma Pass, mostly by bus—it was easy and convenient. I highly recommend it.
