Venice Museum Pass: Doge's Palace & St. Mark's Museums with Skip-the-Line Access

I bought two tickets for San Marco and the Doge's palace for mysefl and my partner. We both had access to the basilica but were then very shocked when we had only one ticket for the Doge's Palace. All very confusing. Is there anyhting to refund? Thanks Tristan

Everything was perfect, easy, and on time.

I didn't like anything about this tour at all. Very poor communication and audio tour was 15 mins only with a very brief look only on the ground floor.

This was a great tour package... all in one including water bus transport. The basilica was the highlight... tour guide gave so much information on the history and highlights of inside the basilica. Highly recommend this tour.

Guide was easy to find. Tour was great. Guide was really knowledgeable and gave us time to take pics. St Mark's is truly amazing.

Very special experience. And the guide was excellent!

The guided tour of St. Mark's Basilica was a great experience, thanks to the guide's knowledge and commentary, and the understanding they provided of the basilica's complex and beautiful architectural structure.

Everything was okay with the ticket.

I saw the Doge's Palace and it was beautiful, but my visit to the basilica was canceled 4 days before departure.

They rescheduled our tour for half an hour later, telling me there would be a French-speaking guide. Not at all. The audio guide and the tour guide were both in English only. The service wasn't worth the price, and the quality was poor. I wish I had booked through Get Your Guide.

A nice tour of the Ducal Palace, though perhaps a little too long

The on-site tour guide service desk was very helpful. Despite the delay, they did everything they could to make sure we still got in. Thank you again.

Great experience! 😊 Awesome website 👍

A fantastic tour package. The beautiful Basilica, combined with a guide who gave a very interesting account of the place. She covered the entire history. The Doge’s Palace was amazing, as were the other sites. A very good choice.

The guide was exeptional. She was very well educated with humor. First time i enjoyed a tour so much

It's a must, no line for online booking. Was great and fast

No way. No advantage. No way. No advantage. No way. No advantage. No way. No advantage. No way. No advantage. No way. No advantage.
