Make fresh tagliatelle and ravioli with an expert, learning about flours and eggs along the way. After the theory you move on to the hands-on part with a conscious, scientific approach. At the end you taste your creations together with Tuscan wine.

What's included

Basic theoretical explanation.
Ingredients for making fresh pasta.
Ingredients to make the ravioli filling.
Ingredients for pasta toppings.
Bottle of wine for the food tasting.
Free booklet with theoretical explanations and recipes that we have created, with tips for making everything again at home.
If one bottle of wine isn't enough for you, we can open a second or third one for an additional €10 per bottle.
