Nino & Frane were amazing, They gave us the history of the different landmarks and pieces of history on the way to the Blue Cave. That was absolutely amazing! I would definitely put this on your bucket list! Ask for them if you can.

We were hoping for a more hands on experience but class was a lot of fun and very in informative.

We loved our gelato making class. The instructor was nice and explained everything perfectly. Having the opportunity to learn to make several different types of gelato and then taste them all with a variety of toppings, was perfect. The QR code to get all the recipes, very smart. We would highly recommend this class for a fun few hours.

We had a very good time. Our teacher was excellent and explained everything and are the class fun. We wish we had time to take a different class because we enjoyed this one so much.

Lorena is an amazing chef and very knowledgeable. We expanded our knowledge not only in gelato making but also in the Italian culinary space in general. I will recommend it to everyone that visits Bologna to either take a gelato making course or a pasta making course with her.

It was really fun, my friends and I enjoyed it very much. We would have liked to do a little bit more ourselves tho. Still, the gelato was very good and we learned a lot 😄

It was awesome. I had 1 day in bologna and I wanted to make the best of it. At the end of my day I did this gelato class. I was totally surprised that I was the only one there. We made the different basis of gelato: cream, yoghurt and sorbet. At the end I ate everything with different toppings. A must do when you‘re a gelato lover!!!
