   Then head into the kitchen for approximately 1.5 hours of hands-on cooking. Your hosts will guide you through the preparation of traditional Tuscan recipes while explaining the ingredients, techniques and culinary traditions behind each dish. Start by preparing fresh focaccia using seasonal ingredients and different toppings. Continue with fresh homemade pasta, learning the basic techniques needed to prepare and work with traditional pasta dough. You'll also prepare a classic Italian dessert: tiramisù. Throughout the class, you'll cook together in a relaxed and convivial atmosphere, with time to ask questions, share stories and discover more about everyday Tuscan food traditions. Once the cooking is complete, sit down and enjoy the dishes you've prepared together. The meal is accompanied by a tasting of four wines produced on the estate, paired with the food, as well as the estate's extra virgin olive oil.
