When is the best time to book Verona activities if I want to stay flexible?

Book early for anything small-group or food-based, since cooking classes and wine tastings have limited seats and a few of these experiences are marked as selling fast. Free cancellation protects you from committing too soon: you can secure a place on a pasta class or a Valpolicella tasting weeks ahead, then cancel if your dates shift.

How do I choose between Verona experiences that all offer free cancellation?

Start with how you want to spend the time: a hands-on cooking class, a guided walk through the Arena and Juliet's House, or a wine-focused outing into Valpolicella. Then compare duration and group size, and read recent reviews for pacing and guide quality.
