  Angel was an amazing host, we loved his explanation of the cheese and ham making processes. He was extremely friendly and a great conversationalist, the car ride went by quickly. The country side of the Emila-Romagna region looks like a postcard passing by every 5 minutes. The 4 stops we made seemed to be carefully selected to show a representative sample of not just the amazing food products of the region, but also its rich culture and the welcoming warmth of its people. Great day trip overall

  the trip was excellent. I learned so much, I don't know how I will remember it all. I particularly like the balsamic vinigar tasting, it was so good.

  We had a wonderful day on this day tour from Florence with our guid Daria. We were two grandparents and a teen age grandchild. We all enjoyed the tour very much. The tastings were generous and delicious, the guide was charming and knowledgeable.We highly recommend this tour.

  Angel was extremely knowledgable and a treasure to share our day with. All 3 locations were excellent. The view from the Sereni agritourismo was spectacular. We enjoyed our trip from beginning to end.
