Tour Guidato Basilica San Marco a Venezia con Opzione Pala d'Oro

Our guided tour of St. Mark’s Basilica with Elizabeth was absolutely outstanding! She was incredibly knowledgeable, engaging, and passionate about the history and art of Venice. Elizabeth explained the rich symbolism of the mosaics, the fascinating stories behind the architecture, and the importance of the Basilica in Venetian history in a way that was both detailed and easy to understand. What I appreciated most was her warm personality and the way she made the experience feel personal — answering questions with patience and adding little anecdotes that really brought the history to life. The pace of the tour was perfect, giving us enough time to admire the beauty of the Basilica without ever feeling rushed. Thanks to Elizabeth, we walked away with a much deeper appreciation for this incredible landmark. I would highly recommend booking a tour with her — it truly made our visit to St. Mark’s Basilica unforgettable!

am SO MAD!! I booked a tour of Saint Marks Basilica in Venice for 8 of us for August 21st 2025 @ 2:45pm. We all went to the meeting point. When we got there the lady checking people in was rude to me and said you were’t her this morning. I should her our 8 vouchers showing the tour is for 2:45p. The girl called the tour company TURIVE, they told her we couldn’t go on the tour because Saint Marks Basilica has sold out. Extremely upset, I called the vendor spoke with “Federica”. I asked why we can’t go on the tour. She said “the Basilica is sold out.” I said “you guys F**d Up! How is that my fault?” She said “you’re rude.” I said “no you guys are rude, I have 8 vouchers showing we have tickets for 2:45p today, you guys put us down for a morning tour.” Federica then said “those aren’t tickets, those are vouchers.” Then she said “I already refunded your money!” That’s not the point! They messed up and could care less! We are leaving Venice tomorrow and sadly have a bad taste from TU

Nefasto el trato,!!! Sabemos que hay políticas de cancelación pero cuando algo escapa a tu control como mínimo podrían dar opciones. Ni eso. Y reembolso?
