Pompeii: Vesuvius and Herculaneum Tour with Transfers

I enjoyed the experience although, due to my failing health, I was unable to take full advantage of the tour. The time allowed to walk to the crater was not enough for me to safely get up and down. Because of this, we decided to just walk up part of the way so that we could enjoy the views which were stunning. The visit to Herculaneum was interesting but here again there wasn't time to see the buildings, so we limited our trip to seeing the exhibits in the museum which were fascinating. Taking time to eat some lunch and a comfort break ate into the time left to us. So we sat down and listened to the audio guide which was well worth the money. It would have been good to have studied it later, so it was with regret that we gave them in at the exit.
