great. Greta and Alex were great at resolving problems straight away and didn't impact our service. commuication was very good throughout. Herculaneum we used a audio guide and found the auto difficult to match up with locations without a map.

Our guide in Pompeii, Federica, was great! The minivan was very comfortable. Sadly we only got the audioguide in Herculaneum, but the sight was incredible. We were not going with the group back to Naples due to where we were staying, and the responsible person, Sabrina, organized a private car for us too get back to our accommodation 🙂

Pompei molto bene perché c’era la guida che ci accompagnava lungo il percorso spiegando molto bene. Ad Ercolano invece lungo il percorso eravamo dotati di audio-guide ma pur essendo intuitive avrei preferito la spiegazione diretta di una guida perché è un’altra cosa, e’ molto più completa e interessante.

The guide, Aldo, was friendly and informative. The transport was on time and excellent. The guided tours around Pompeii and Herculaneum were fantastic.

Lo mejor Aldo, el guia acompañante del autobús, muy atento y pendiente de todo. Lo peor fue que el bus no llegó a la hora indicada (media hora esperando) y la guia también llegó tarde, agradable pero un poco dispersa. La comida buena pero justa.

Transport und Orga/ Begleitung Ok. Pompeii und Herkolaneum sehenswert. Aber überteuert, da Ticket- Geld ( 35€) noch dazu kamen. Bei 85€ ist mehr zu erwarten. Mittagessen nicht nötig und auch keine gute Qualität. Insgesamt kein gut geschnürtes Packet.

Everything about the trip was well organised However you need to read the small print , we were unaware that we had booked this trip without including the entrance fees into the 2 sites

Nuestro acompañante Giussepe excelente, nuestras guías en Pompeya y Herculano igual, si hubiéramos tenido más tiempo en Herculano pero una pareja tenía que salir antes porque tomaban un crucero por lo que la explicación fue muy rápido. Por lo demás , todo fue excelente desde el encuentro hasta el fin.

Ausgezeichnete Guides, ausgiebige und verständliche Erklärungen. Stimmige, freundliche Ambiente. Gutes Zeitmanagement.
