From Rome: Pompeii, Amalfi Coast and Sorrento Day Trip

Muy bien la visita por Pompeya visitando sus puntos más representativos con una estupenda visita guiada. Es un viaje largo, por ello y aunque también es interesante, eliminaría el tiempo dedicado a la fábrica de limoncello y dedicaría ese tiempo a ampliar la visita en Pompeya. Nuestra guía Michelle estaba muy preparada y nos dio explicaciones fantásticas, así como a destacar también la conducción de Lucca.

We really enjoyed the tour, especially the visit to the Pompeii archaeological site. Our guide, Flavio, was very well organised, cheerful and made the day enjoyable. Our bus driver was also excellent and drove skilfully throughout the journey. The only disappointment was the stop in Sorrento. We had expected coastal views and access to the beach, but the stop didn’t offer either. Clearer information in the tour description would have helped set our expectations. Apart from that, it was a lovely experience. Thank you to Flavio and our driver for a great day!

Ha sido muy buena opción para la primera vez que viajamos a Roma y queríamos conocer Pompeya y Sorrento sin líos de trenes y paradas. El autobús con un buen conductor y aire acondicionado. El guía Manuelle de 10!!! Un trato cercano, muy amable y atento con todos. Dando detalles y explicaciones de cada punto. Un crack en historia!! Pompeya nos encantó. Sin duda alguna para repetir!

Alles in allem eine gute Tour, aber einfach viel zu lange. Man sollte sich auf ein Ereignis beschränken da es, trotz der 14 Stunden nur stressig war. Ein Bruchteil von Pompeji wird durchgehetzt und danach völlig ko etwas Sorrent angeschaut. Das sollte Besuchern bewusst sein. Der Guide war sehr informativ aber irgendwann war man nicht mehr aufnahmefähig

I had a great time. Lavinia was very kind and made sure everyone was feeling comfortable. The bus driver — if I'm not mistaken, Daniele — was also very kind, and he drove so smoothly that I slept like a baby on my way back to Rome 😅. But seriously, if you can give yourself a treat, I would highly recommend it. The Pompeii tour was very interesting. We also got a short stop to taste some limoncello — treat yourself with a nice bottle or souvenir for back home, and enjoy the view with a limoncello spritz. On our last stop, we got around 1.5 hours of free time to explore Sorrento. I chose to take a nice 40-minute swim. The water and weather were nice, and I also made 2 little fish friends that were biting my heels 🤣.
