   Private guided tour to a premium ham factory in Parma hillside, to understand the whole production process: from salting to seasoning. Afterwards, rich tasting of typical cold cuts, with the chance of purchasing the products.

   This private guided tour to a historic farm, well known for its wine and vinegar production, will go through the small inner museum and the "Acetaia", the vinegar cellar, with its ancient barrels of Aceto Balsamico Tradizionale, the "Black Gold". At the end, the guests will have the chance to taste both wine and vinegar, and to buy directly from the producer.
