Since 2019 we have offered Vernazza its first experience dedicated to making pesto in a mortar, blending cooking, local territory and conviviality. In a typical Cinque Terre cellar of stone and wood you'll prepare pesto by hand with selected ingredients, tasting wine, focaccia, cheeses and extra virgin olive oils. Your pesto then dresses the gnocchi you enjoy at the end.
