   Guided Parmesan Cheese factory tour with tasting. Guided tour into a local and typical farmto see all the production of the famous Parmigiano Reggiano: the first step is to see where the milk is cooked and how it becomes a wheel of cheese. During the first tour of the day at 09 am, you have the opportunity to see how the cheese workers create the wheels from the copper boilers. After the salinization room, step into the aging storage with thousand of wheels. Vist at the stable with the cows included. The experience finishes with an amazing tasting with 3 ages of Parmigiano Reggiano, fresh ricotta with balsamic and other snacks... Lambrusco wine included!

   Discover the fascinating history behind one of Italy’s most prized culinary treasures: the "Black Gold" of Modena in this wonderful estate on the hills. You'll walk through the rooftop of the house with historic wooden barrels to learn every step of the artisanal production process—from the grape harvest to decades-long aging. Conclude your tour first with an immersive guided tasting of 5 aged balsamic vinegars, discovering the unique nuances, textures, and aromas that distinguish authentic DOP balsamic from everyday varieties; and then, with a light lunch of 5 appetizers paired with Balsamic.    Discover all the production phases of the Prosciutto and our cured-meat produced in this amazing factory. From the cellar where the pig legs sleep for months to the huge storage where Prosciutto is patiently aged. The internal guide will accompany you around the factory and production area, for learning also how to recognize an original Prosciutto than the fake one at the Store! A generous tasting will be served at the end of the tour with a fantastic selection of cured-meats: Prosciutto, Cooked ham with truffle, Mortadella, Salami, Coppa, Pancetta, Lardo... all served with tigella, a flat bread typical of Modena, and a glass of Lambrusco
