What's included

I will teach you tricks and tips to prepare a perfect fresh egg pasta dough, gnocchi dough, and then we will make: tagliatelle, ravioli, tortelloni, gnocchi…
Step by step we will work flour, eggs, hand rolling techniques with a rolling pin. We will prepare different fillings for ravioli and I will teach you different formats and how to close them perfectly.
Finally, cooking and seasoning with various delicious traditional sauces such as the simple but wonderful fresh tomato, basil and parmesan, or butter and sage, porcini mushrooms, parmesan cream, gorgonzola cream, carbonara, amatriciana...
There is no shortage of desserts: we will make together the traditional recipe of the famous tiramisu respecting the original recipe, or panna cotta accompanied by a coulis of fresh seasonal fruit
At the end you can sit at our table to taste each dish prepared together accompanied by good Italian wine!
