A wonderful guide who spoke with great passion. Highly recommended!

The pizza wasn't good. Guide was on wrong hour. The guide on 1:00 was in Italian and I had to wait to 2:00 pm. I didn't heard a lot from guide

The tour was interesting, and the guide really explained a lot. A good command of English was necessary. However, the instructions for the meeting point to pick up the tickets were confusing. The names were posted at the main entrance. The instructions said something different... But everything worked out in the end.

Employees very impolite and rude at entrance; some say skip the line, others are pushing us back; in the tunnels our guide (English) was difficult to understand, too many visitors in the same tunnelss, other tour guides again being rude to us, not worth your money

We hired an English-speaking guide because we wanted to see the underground passages, but unfortunately there was no French-speaking guide, so we couldn't understand a word.

It was an interesting tour, but... I couldn't understand the English with that Italian accent! The tour was supposed to last an hour and a half but barely lasted an hour! The theater tour wasn't included after all! It was very crowded, so the tour was probably cut short. I'm not happy!

The tour in English was not well suited for a non-bilingual audience. The Italian guide with long hair was extremely unpleasant.

Everything went well; our host was very capable and friendly—someone who really knows her stuff. She explained everything clearly and highlighted the key points. The group was satisfied.

This was a surprise. What a fascinating tour. Our was clear and knowledgeable. He had everyone hanging on ever word. An interesting experience.
