Pompeii Skip-the-Line Tickets with Multilingual Physical Guidebook

A disappointing experience, considering that two tickets cost €85.80. We had to walk 1.4 km in the sun from the Villa dei Misteri archaeological site in Pompeii to the tourist office at Via Roma 123 just to get a guidebook and a map for the two of us. What a letdown!!

Ci era stato descritto come un'esperienza del tipo "salta la fila, entra nella tua coda e vai dritto dentro". In realtà è stato esattamente il contrario. Abbiamo dovuto fare una lunga fila per cambiare i nostri biglietti con quelli normali.

Negativa , nn mi era stata Comunicata che domenica 3 maggio l ingresso era gratuito. Fatto 2 volte la fila, da giù.

Excellent booking process. Staff at the railway station to direct to ticket hub. Helpful guidance as to tour options. We chose 2 hour guided tour with Mila, was brilliant. Her knowledge was extensive and provided sense of what Pompeii was like for the people, different cultures that lived there.

A very efficient service with local staff providing great support. With the tickets there was no queue. The team provided helpful informarion on facilities within the archaeological site and an excellent guide book and map.

Sono stato trascinato in una trappola durante un tour. Costava 10 € a persona e non volevo farlo. Mi sono fermato dopo cinque minuti. Non mi hanno dato il libretto. Davvero una schifezza

I did 7 different tours with Head out, ALL very professional, on time and with clear directions and where to meet.... Truly reomemd it!!!.. Unfortunately I was a victim in other websites , Headout has been my best experience . Good job guys!!

Quando sono arrivata alla biglietteria, mi è stato detto che oggi l'ingresso era gratuito per le donne e che, dato che ero con il mio compagno, mi avreste rimborsato il biglietto inviandomi un'e-mail. Vi ho inviato un'e-mail e un SMS, ma non ho ricevuto alcuna risposta da parte vostra. È davvero un peccato!
