Every place on the tour was spectacular! We had a private tour for our family of six and enjoyed having the guide to ourselves where we could stay as long as we wanted in each part. Our tour guide Stephanie was incredibly knowledgeable and could answer any question we had. She was also very funny and entertaining which made the tour all the more enjoyable.

Stephanie was our guide, she was friendly and imformative. The tour was well organized and we love the private tour instead of a large group. It was at our own pace and answered all our questions. Highly recommend the priviate VIP tour.

I need a refund because not all the services were carried out. I didn't go to St. Peter's Basilica. Which for me was the most important place of the trip. The guide said that everything was delayed and could no longer be done. I bought a private tour and it didn't go ahead as sold. The guide told me to contact the agency and ask for a refund since the service was not carried out. I look forward to hearing from you Thank you
