What's included

Hands-on lesson to prepare walnut pesto using a Carrara marble mortar
Use of a wooden pestle and fresh local ingredients
Final tasting of trofie pasta with freshly made walnut pesto
Glass of Ciliegiolo del Tigullio or Vermentino wine included
90g jar of walnut pesto as a complimentary gift
